• Refund Eligibility:
  Refund requests are accepted within 1 day of Package Purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 2% of the Storage.

• Refund Process:
  To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your Package details and the reason for your refund request.

• Processing Time:
  Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

• Exceptions:
  Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted Package.
